Shredded green Papaya in fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice paired with grilled shrimp.

Lightly battered filet of Hake topped with a Tamarind sauce, roasted shallots, dried chili, and cilantro Served on top of steamed Bok Choy, and asparagus
